Fred Silberstein, CPA
SF&P Advisors is managed by Fred Silberstein, a licensed CPA with 20 years' experience specializing in mergers and acquisitions for HVAC, plumbing and cellular clients throughout the United States.  Individually and with SF&P Advisors, Mr. Silberstein has performed more than 200 valuations and due diligence procedures for such clients as American Residential Services, Blue Dot Services, Energy King and Service Experts.  As a financial consultant, he has performed more than 150 transactions, 90% of which have been in the air conditioning and plumbing industry.  After graduating from The University of Arizona with honors, Fred worked for PriceWaterhouseCoopers for four years as an auditor and senior accountant specializing in mergers and acquisitions of Fortune 500 companies. 

Eric J. Seifert, Executive Director of Business Development, NA
Eric J. Seifert came to the SF&P team in 2015. He has a background of 15+ years on Wall Street managing short-term sales cycles, bringing in new business, developing client relationships into profit-generating assets and generating revenue while managing client portfolios. He has helped fund deals in the green energy, private aviation and broadband market spaces, among others.  For SF&P, Eric works directly with owners, private/public buy-side and sell-side parties, financial institutions and private equity groups to create synergistic partnerships, recapitalizations and equitable exit strategies. Acting in an advisory role, he provides a suite of services including prospecting, consulting and management throughout the entire life cycle of the transaction process.

Adam J. Allison, Vice President of Business Development
Adam J. Allison has more than 20 years’ experience in the investment advisory sector with a particular emphasis on the HVAC sector.  Some of his areas of expertise include M&A, financing, debt structuring, negotiations and investment banking.  As vice president of business development for SF&P advisors, he is responsible for deal sourcing for both sellers and buyers from the local to national level, leveraging his network of established relationships with many of the largest and most well-capitalized entities in the HVAC sector.  Prior to joining SF&P Advisors, Adam worked for Merrill Lynch and Citibank, where he managed a portfolio in excess of $400 million.  He holds bachelor of science degrees in economics and finance from Ohio State University.   

Grace Silberstein, Vice President of Sales
Grace Machado joined SF&P Advisors in 2014 as the vice president of sales with responsibility for facilitating the completion of the firm’s HVAC industry mergers and acquisitions.  In particular, she performs in-depth company and industry research to support specific client engagements and to capitalize on acquisitions-related marketing opportunities.  This entails providing materials such as information memoranda, pitch books, corporate profiles, market data and financial analyses.  Before coming to SF&P, Grace served as a vice president of business banking for a number of financial institutions including JP Morgan Chase and Bank of America.  She holds a bachelor of science in business administration with a concentration on accounting from Florida Atlantic University.

Brian Cohen, Business Strategist
Prior to joining SF&P, Brain ran a small home improvement organization with more than 100 employees and 4 locations.  He is well versed in sales and marketing strategy and has consulted with dozens of clients in many industries.  He is particularly well adapt at project management and client relations.
